1. Read charlie updates. Assaults will have as many slots as logi after changes and way more cpu/pg. 2. Scout with only hp modules is bad, easy to ki-¦ and scan. 3. Calvin b.. read scouts description. They are for assasinations,infiltration etc.

Because CCP made tanks pointless. Noone more care about tanks. If theres one, scrub with AFG will sit at high tower/building. Maybe after blaster accuracy improvments, blueberrys/older players will bring more tank to the field.

If scout chooses to have 800ehp. Then its slow, visable and crap. Noone runs these. Heavies nerf will only touch caldaris (minmatars also or no?) in terms of pg/cpu. Gal and amarr will eqiup almost everything proto (as i heard)
