Just loading onto the Warbarge for FW and found the 'toxic' effect, or whatever that green ash is, was present before the battle. Anyone else had this?

Can't give much more info on the first one, since I'd literally just spawned and then boom! As for the second, I had partial shields (about 20% maximum) when the RE flew in and detonated.

I've had this happen a couple of times with the Assault Forge Gun. Charged a shot and had either the RDV menu or the map open, which cancels my shot and leaves me wide open to the tank I was trying to shoot.
