I've been playing as a Gallente Assault and getting splattered all over the place and I'm still here. Even with the nerf tha CalLogi is still probably in better shape than my suit. Though I prefer my Minmatar these days.

I'm not totally against respecs. Frankly, it's CCP's fault for releasing a very unfinished game that keep changing to correct their mistakes (or making new mistakes). Some people take advantage and some people get screwed. I regret my decision...

My mouse has programmable buttons so I set 3 of them to be reload, melee, and grenade. You could get one of these if you really want to set keyboard keys. At least I think that works for Dust, I haven't tried it.

Not sure exactly but probably over $100 by now. I think I bought 4 merc packs and some AUR mainly for SP boosters and some of the BPO's. Those are the only AUR items I think are worth spending actual money on.
