I will never get out of my tank to hack a point... I do expect that my 1-2 passengers (if my tank is set up for them) will though. Sadly I have had cases where my passengers refused to get out and hack a point despite me sitting on it for about 20...

They need to buff the profile on scouts, not mess around with the cloaking device (aside from a short delay after decloaking before you can fire) Putting it up to about 38-40 would fix some issues.
