If you want people to take you and your opinions seriously you should learn how to convey them in an intelligent, well spoken and respectful manner. Currently you type like a person who doesn't even want to put the effort in to respect others or themselves enough to convey their thoughts in a coherent manner - essentially what you're doing is the typed version of showing up to a job interview in your underwear and smelling like you haven't bathed in a week.
Posting in your topic to ask you to stop repeating yourself and whining in several different threads at the same time isn't 'off topic', it's addressing your topic albeit not in a manner that you care for.
Spamming the same topic word for word doesn't mean ccp will listen to you (espcaidlly whn u tok lik dis!), what it's more likely to do is get you temp-banned for spamming. When people started spamming respec threads their threads got locked and they were quarantined to another area.
I haven't seen you present any 'facts' here, merely misinformation based on your own misunderstandings, essentially its you just whining about something rather than trying to address the issue in a constructive manner. You have posted about things that most people are aware that scouts can do and not offered a single suggestion that might attempt to address things in fact all you've *actually* done when I take the time to read through your post is whine "its not faiiiiiiiiir!!!!".
Nobody wants to read whine threads. People want to read them even less when you spam them like some entitled brat. |

I didn't know shotty scouts were considered OP pre-1.8, would you care to explain how? Also reason #4 is stupid because scouts get a reduction to fitting cost to prevent abuse from other suits. So you would be fine with most suits being able to run a cloak if they want or all suits having problems with fitting a cloak? |

yes scouts reduce the cost but can u get a cloak on a base scout and more then a weapon? with out skills in scouts?
base scout suit has
g1 165cpu 37 pg
a1 170cpu 35pg
c1 174cpu 33 pg
m1 183cpu 31pg
so subtract 15% of 160cpu and 35 pg and that leaves little cpu and pg to work with with out base skills incresing pg it wont even fit on most scout suits at lev 1 some 1 do the math as to whats left after 1 pt in scout suits and no added pints in suit upgrades to up cpu and pg
you pep seem to miss that iam saying this is a bit high 4 a base scout with a base cloak think new player less then 2 mill lifetime sp
