To be quite honest as a scout its not your sprint speed you are worried about... Most of the time if i have my stamina up i can get away no problem... its the walking speed that makes no sense to me... we can only out walk most assault characters ...

To be honest I would like anything that gives us a chance at officer gear and weapons and mods cause as it stands now they have nerfed the amount of officer weapons given out in salvage by quite a bit... ive gotten maybe a total of 30 officer weap...

Once a game might be a bit too much you would have murder squads that would steal it every time since also in true CCP fashion it would spawn in the same 2 or 3 points every match... but if its a random occurance that u come by every couple hour...
