I think the 3 minutes is fine for Faction Warfare seeing as theres always hostiles warping in and out but I reckon there should be a separate timer for PC battles seeing as Molden Heath isn't as nearly as busy as the FW regions....

Yes team chat is broken, but even if the pilot got jumped by pirates they will be disconnected from the chat anyway and you wouldn't know what happened if he/she died or had to warp off. Pro Tip :: This is why you need to have your own private ch...
