No sir I'm not. They are kinda bad right now. And don't be extremely freaked out by these numbers either I only rounded and used them as an estimates le to see how many shots it would take to kill different dropsuits.

Pretty much yes as long as you can place the uplink on 2 different spots then yes you can go anywhere. You can put one on your sniper tower and another next to a supply depot. The possibilities are ENDLESS.

I feel it could use a small accuracy buff. It's a weapon I don't really see that often on the battlefield. I rarely use them for the same reason. Unless it's a heavy your shooting, you'll have some difficulties kiling someone.
