In cqc, shield stats won't matter when against my Rattati with extra rof muahahahahahaha Although, with the reduction to shield delay, I think ou can get super close to 1sec of delay, meaning it's like armor now, but shields.

I'm actually more sad about the isk that i want that all the npc corps get. Go to dustboard a and click your first Corp. most npc corps have a good 100k members with what 10% tax? Imagine all of them noobs. 1 battle from all 100k let's say 15k isk...
