Yo everyone,
I'd like to have a dev or CPM member to tell me what the officer suits shield stats will look like. Mostly on the Frame's and Balac's ck.0.
Please, don't forget to buff their stats as well. I don't want to wait another month to have them fixed like you did last time !
Remember that the Frame's and Balac's have better shield stats which make them special and they must remain better than the proto ck.0.

In cqc, shield stats won't matter when against my Rattati with extra rof muahahahahahaha
Although, with the reduction to shield delay, I think ou can get super close to 1sec of delay, meaning it's like armor now, but shields.
