I'm not sure how they will stack up vs Cr RR and scr while outside their optimal. Things really shouldn't change much except in cqc AR should put out more damage than any other rifle as it should be ( in an assault vs assault situation) I'm excited to see caldari assaults make a rise. They are good right now , but after the buff they will be as feared as much as a campy amarr assault right now. I have my Spartan and rasetsu ready. Now if only I had that quafe ion pistol. While slow to anger and occasionally indecisive, they are also capable of harnessing enormous resolve when truly tested.

I can reach a good rhythm for a short amount of time, but even I can't do it. *Scouts United* Gk.0s & Quafes all day.

Im predicting amarr assault will still be the best all around brawler fit but gallente might manage to not be completely overshadowed by it now.

Also predicting an increase in Caldari suits, a drop in Amarr and ScR for a while, then an increase in ScR to combat that Caldari rise. Gallente User since Jan. 28th, 2013. Touched on every Gallente role since.

Yup, the buff I've been waiting for since I skilled my galass when everyone ran an Amarr/minass. And like you said, the burst and breach will be disastrous now. Get ready to start seeing all these galass with them. And same for ar, still not the best, but better now. All rifles will wreck at cqc even more now.
