I'm GALLENTE but you an get all recon and frontline starter fits in progression menu. Anyways, WTH does the minmatar have a 5/1 layout??? The caldari have a 4/2 layout. I think they should swap layouts.

You're not using it right. You can wipeout an enemy in seconds. Much faster than breach and std. You just have to land all the bullets. And the range makes it more of a tactical sidearm. Ads and use at a distance I quickly pick enemies away.

A bigger dampener bonus would be nice too. It sucks that logi gk0 can permascan you. The only way they can't is if you stack multiple dampeners but that's useless as you will die. A nice 15% damp would be good.
