Part of this game is managing your isk so when the big matches come you are able to run proto gear , they choose to blow there isk in pub games now wipe away those tears and learn from your greed.

They choose to spend hundreds of millions in record time , ccp did post on the forums and word was spreading round the game within hours not to spend the extra isk those in debt deserve it and will not have to run militia gear if they spent wisely...
