i think the min scout bonuses are not suitable at all the nova knives are a caldari weapon and hacking should be logi specific ability, the min scouts need a whole new set of bonuses.

id like to know the average amount of districts per temperate planet and that shouldbe the number of new maps we need -2. every district slot on temperate planets should be different, not just subsections of one larger rmap, a whole 5k x 5k area

i think a bonus to explosives should go on the min scout rather than the knivez (a caldari weapon) and hacking ability (should be a logi exlusive ability)
