Don't mash the trigger. Time your shots by pressing R1 the moment your previous round leaves the chamber. You'll soon be shooting at pre 1.8 speed.

Compared to day one and two of 1.8, the amount of cloak users seem to be decreasing. I'll give Dust two weeks before the battlefields are normalized with a good amount of all roles.
