But I've got it all mapped out. It will be its own individual skill in the Scout tree, called "Dual-Wield" (Duh) At level 1, you can dual wield Meta 1-2 Secondaries. And level 2, 3-4 and so on in that order It'll be balanced. I swear! \(O_O)/
