Either Dios Ex is a front organization for Kujo the Betrayer, OR
They are providing funds to Kujo the Betrayer.
Either way, they are aiding a terrorist organization.
Choose your mercenaries wisely. And make sure you don't pay them if they lose. Never know who their presence will attact.
The purpose of the "Indie Corp ceasfire" is to get new people involved in PC. Havok Core ain't no joke, but you should try fielding a team against them. The reason why EoN. and TP aren't attacking you is so you can get experience and play the game. NOT so you can farm ISK and give it to Kujo the Betrayer and Co.

Xero is a key member of our team and has been in for the vast majority of the matches since he got here. I want to say that we have won >95% of the matches he has been in with us. Say what you will behind your alt, but you are going to have to try a little harder. |

Only thing im surprised its that IE/AE agreed to field fopr Douche Ex, I mean its like hiring Cain Velasquez to bodyguard a prepubescent obnoxious 12 year old and beat up people at the schoolyard. i would feel bad about myself and a bit (pardon my bluntness) like a *****, hell I even question why goons even allied with them in the first place, they could had done sooo much better. |

Listen. The reason why powerful corps aren't attacking you is because we want more people in PC. If you only have enough players to support 1 district, you should only have 1 district. Play Farmville on Facebook or hug up with a big stick. Just be careful who you lay with... |

And because you have an agreement with topmen. Just chill out hiring mercs is part of dust, if we need to field a team that we cant we are obviously going to do it. Not my fault Havoc lost two in a row. |

Our alliance was very busy that night, and we didn't want to leave you hanging. So we bought you someone to play with instead. =)
As far as "powerful corps not attacking us", we've been hit on by EoN and ROFL players non-stop this weekend, along with plenty of others. 187 has also been giving us some good solid fights as well, D3LTA F0RC3, etc. It seems like EoN players are just finding other corps to play for in order to attack us.
I thought EoN wouldn't ring for attacks on less powerful groups, but they were a significant portion of one of the teams that attacked us tonight. |

I'm sure they had to pay for the ringers. Be thankful that players are finding some way to create an economy and meta with what we've got. "Ringers" are the closest thing to actual mercenaries in the game so I think it's frickin awesome.

I was going to read this thread and move on like I always do, but I just had to take a minute and leave my two cents in here because of some things I read. Dios X is doing what this game is intended for (hire mercs to do their dirty work). How is this wrong? Second of all, they could own half a galaxy for that matter, not have the players to fight for their districts, but have the cash to hire people to defend it and still I do not see what the big deal is other than a bunch of elitist jerks getting their egos hurt. What made me LOL even more was the fact that a member of team player wants to come here and be all high and mighty and in other words say "hire who we want you to hire, or else". LMFAO dude. Team players should take note of members like these and give them a little time out. We won't want another corp to rise up like they did and put that kind of talk where it belongs.
To Dios X, good job for playing this game as it was intended. Do your battles and hire some. Hopefully CCP males the whole Eve Dust interaction more meaningful. |

Dust is suppose to be about companies, mercs and the lot. PC matches are the extension of the concept. This game world has all the intrigues, politics, and back room dealings as Wall Street and Governments. The economy of warfare is that... do you give up a district because you are getting attacked on a secondary front? No, you rally an alliance or pay the Merc's we are suppose to be through some ISK and the salvage acquired.
If you get beat by them, perhaps hire them for the work coming up next. Or as the St. Patrick's did in the Mexican American war... pay them to walk off the battle and turn coat at the outset of the fight. It is frustrating at all hell, but in the end. It is a game.. and if I, your or whom ever doesn't like it. Turn it off.... come back to it later with fresh eyes. Sometimes it is hard to see things clearly when there is blood in the eyes.
My 2 cents...

GG's , sorry you didn't get the fight you expected that night but I'm sure you had fun given the opposition.
I believe if you have the resources to do what you need to do then use them. The system for hiring mercenaries isn't really what I'd imagined it'd be and it's still really rough around the edges, but it works so use it! It adds a sense of being actually "Mercenaries" which I enjoy and brings depth to the game. We don't normally hire full ringer teams but due to certain circumstances it was necessary.
