While I agree with what you are trying to accomplish here, I dont think that having only one starter fit is a good idea. Since there are not going to be any more wipes or allowances for SP reallocation, new guys need a 'taste' of different weapo...

Given that our PSN names are shown in our info section, I dont see how this is completely similar to EVE. You can change your name as many times as you want or create as many alts as you want but your PSN isnt changing.
