There is going to be an industry part of DUST 514. But there is so much that hasn't been revealed about DUST 514 yet so we just have to wait and see. I think there will only be BPO for militia gear and probably just BPC's for the upper tech levels...

I'm not sure what the talk about GSF taking over DUST 514 is about. DUST 514 will not affect nul-sec sovreignty at launch of DUST 514 and I suspect that aspect will never be implemented or if so then DUST operations will not have that much effect ...
