42. [request] duel wield weapons - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
Nah, I mean if you can think of some weapons or specific combat scenarios where dual-wielding weapons would be useful, I'm all ears. But I'd prefer to stick to more guns that need two hands rather than cowboys. The only thinks I can think of th...

43. [Request] Very Minor but rather important for Forum Updates: - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
This is extremely brief, but I think it would be very helpful towards discussion of coming updates to have links from the "Weekend Updates" Dev Thread to include links to key discussions being had that provide some backdrop and context for each of...

44. Enviromental Skillbook Food for Thought - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
I think we are all eagerly awaiting new planets and environments to have to fight on in the future. However far off some these features are, I would like a grain of salt for the concept of not only the look and feel of these places and the soldier...

45. [Request] Cover system implemented - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
I mean, take this with all the salt of the earth, but what if you simply had "Urban Warfare Training" or "Infantry Tactics" which allowed you to move to cover on maps that involved such objects or in tight quarter missions.

47. [Request] Cover system implemented - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
Cover systems are fine and work really well in a lot of games. Personal favorite was RB6 and New Vegas 1 and 2 and the gameplay was a blast. I've never really found it worked out great for campers as much as it simply allowed people to defend an a...

50. Just had a cool idea - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
You could probably have the same idea implemented with a "webifier" concept from Eve Online. Doesn't necessarily capture them, but if you are worth your salt your could slow them down and possibly "capture" their clone with some other device (it w...

53. Sticky:Ideas/Themes for DUST 514 Maps - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
In addition to reading the trench idea comments, has anyone considered a map like the 40k world of Cadia? It is a giant ass fortress that has so many trenches, bastions, anti-ship weapons, and of course, cannon fodder guardsmen that it has held fo...

54. Sticky:Ideas/Themes for DUST 514 Maps - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
PS: +1000 for a map that is a pair of giant moving trains with hovering platforms nearby. And the attackers need to hack up the train to stop it from reaching something.[/quote] In addition to that Idea, I think that if you were to not 'take' the...
