Jadek, it's more about contribution. A consistently efficient PC player is much more valuable to a corp that a consistent Pub player, at least going by tax and resource developement points.

My initial concerns were over how to manage space with low corporation skills. Then thinking about it, this system can work fine with 40 to 50 players that are continually active and competing to maintain their membership by fighting battles.
