i think an sp minimum would be a great idea for faction warfare. As the cap is 750k pus passive you can get alot of sp quickly as a new player, but as an actual new player not just one created that day to sabotage FW

you can run it fine with no cloak, but if you do put on a cloak with out the skills to lower its pg and cpu , then put your skills in dampning, precision, and even range you will be spotted and shot quite easily
