The only way to make the ASCR decent is with lvl 5 amarr assault and three complex damage mods. The SCR is still way better than the ASCR.

I have seen scouts shoot two and three shotgun shoots while still invisible. The delay to switching to weapons is prefect now but somehow it made shooting while invisible even worse.
