I say if they dont give a bonus per level they should unlock something per level. However between this and last build there where more per level bonus than previously. So we will see in august.

Acutally its going to be more like 1.2 million isk but I think its something to be experimented with to be honest to see how it works out with most randoms, now in corporate envrionment where you can better encourage teamwork you can easily manage...
