Just saying lets say the supply depot has a 'capacitor' you drain it every time you use it for anything, changing suits, rearming ammo or grenades, its slow to regen but it regens eventually.

Apperantly Im on stb's hit/hate list... they dont me for some reason. Maybe they think that it takes 6 people to kill a poor guy in milita gear who only has cpu and enegineering to lvl 3 for the first set of skills trianing.
