Why is this not already in? It takes twice as long to cancel an enemy hack and you get no WP. This encourages you to wait until the enemy caps it THEN hack it back for the WP especially now that you can't spawn into a point that is being hacked.

I hate it now . . . as a guy on the receiving end anyway. Definitely better. Everything with explosions got better because the explosions actually happen, are visible, and audible. Planning to revisit my scout and give him one of these.

Sometimes it is simpler to nerf one thing than to buff thirty. However, one of the problems is the over nerf. Incremental changes, whether as a buff or a nerf, should be the case, not massive shifts from over powered to near worthless.
