So if the 3x SP & 3x SP cap starts on thursday, does this mean if we play on wednesday we will not earn as much SP because the 3x cap hasn't started yet? Or is the cap for the whole week tripled (including wednesday) we just won't earn 3x SP...

Was on for awhile couldn't play any games but was talking in corp chat and then got kicked after 10 minutes. This really sucks for people with PC battles. Last time CCP f'd over everyone who was attacking a district.
