No, this will keep an entire style of gameplay to be restricted. You can have no vehicles in ambush when I get to have no cloaked scouts in dom and skirm.

In my experience, Caldari vehicles are just as CCP describes them, a hit and run tank. I love to use XT201 missles on my Gunnlogi, come up behind those "OP" triple rep Maddies and absolutely wreck them.
