This has been happening to me too lately. A few nights ago it happened all night 8+ times after every match. Most of the time if happen 2-3 times and goes away, but some night you just really lucky.

There is no official release date... Checking wikipedia still shows a 2012 tentative date. What I heard is there will be another reset when we move to the Tranquility server in early 2013. So you will have to 2-3 months u need to be bored to tea...
