No its good at its job short bursts of high damage. Plus if we want to make all things fair. we should add overheat to your CR, AR, and RR that can kill you if your low on health. because you know that can happen if you are in a intense firefight....

YA I just freaking found the Scrambler rifle. its not OP. The only one that even close to breaking even with its base damage is a full proto suits set up on a Amarr assault. thats it. any other suit using it or any other set up fails to get close....
