It was almost like the server got confused about why the o button was being pressed so it just bugged out. It's probably a good thing its so easily recreated, CCP can pretty much do the same thing and take a look at the problem.

I just had a problem with the supply depots as well. A friendly lav was parked right next to a depot. I approached to change my fitting and upon selecting "infantry", the selection screen stayed in place and I was able to move around, shoot ,run, ...

If you're close enough you can select it with your reticule. Hold r2, press r3, select command with left analog, now you'll see the command next to your reticule, press r1 while aiming at the objective.

Same thing here, when i finally do get into a match, I'm prematurely ejected, assets intact. I found it helped to exit out of things game completely and restart, still getting booted through.
