I guess the more I thought about it, the less I think it's a bug. It's like IED's being deployed in warzones around the world. Doesn't necessarily destroy the vehicle and can certainly cause casualties.

Driver rolls over my Proximity Mines, driver dies. Vehicle rolls to a stop, sometimes undamaged other times it takes damage. edit: I'm not complaining a kill is a kill.

You know what is still broken and got worse with the increase in strafe speed? Laser Rifles and holding a lock on someone to do any meaningful damage, as if it wasn't hard before 1.2.

I would highly suggest a fresh reinstall of the game after the deletion of all the dust files on your PS3. I was experiencing disconnects and very choppy gameplay until I did this. Hope it helps.
