Gallente commando, PLC and AR: Good combo you have a instakill/splash weapon for groups or people in the low ground and AR for general combat. These suits have good stuff and I doubt people won't use it in at least one of the new items.

I find the reload speed and damage skills to be very suppressing and I prefer the current spreadsheet over what your suggesting but I would support having a Type 2 Commando that has that.
