I tried turning it on. The game then turned it off automatically anyway. I never heard anybody. How do I plug in a microphone to a PS3? It doesn't have an audio jack :/

Check the icons. Blue means it is a blueprint. Blueprint items are basically infinite use items. Currently, all militia stuff is a blueprint for sale.

Last I checked, skills don't affect anything at the moment. More electronics/engineering etc. does not increase suit/vehicle available PG/CPU, so I think skills that lower requirements are also turned off right now. My guess is a bug.

We already have a thrown explosive weapon. Grenades. Remote explosives should be placed on the ground, or just shoved along the ground (like sliding it under a tank) Right now it's too easy to use RE like normal grenades with a custom timer.
