Can it not wait until battles are over? Maybe have a 15 minutes prior cut off time? Damn annoying when your team is just about to re-take the objective after clawing your way back, just to get disconnected, with no pay either...

What about a 'Battle Extraction Fee' or something? You get charged, say 100,000 isk for choosing to leave a battle, for extraction fees...You have to 'buy' the transport outta there, to avoid being charged every time you're dc'd.
