The stats are decent for the Rail Rifle but I want to see how's the hip fire with the weapon... remember when the Tac Rifles were the FOTM? Rail Rifles can only be balanced with a horrible hip fire.

You can use the Thale's if you want, if you're a good sniper then you have null chance of losing that weapon during a match, thanks to the enhanced scope you can destroy people from a really safe distance, and with at least the prof skill at lvl 4...
