Why does everyone want dumbfire swarms again? Does nobody remember the last time we had them? I think as a weapon to fight vehicles the swarm launcher is fine it cannot hurt infantry. dropships need to be buffed and so do shield tanks and LAVs.

Shields need a damage threshold but no repping through damage. It already reps fast enough when you aren't taking damage and if you use regulators its hardly a long wait.
