It would certainly be nice to use EVE starships to provide something like radar over a certain area. This isn't an unfair advantage because there will eventually be Scanner Installations that players can drop.

This game is and will remain a beta until all the racial variants of dropsuits and their basic weapon are released. PC stuff needs changing too I think, everyone is getting burned out, it could be done more efficiently.

The game does not round your eHP, it just truncates. That's why if you have 2.5 Armor Repair Rate and have 10 Armor, it goes from 10 to 12 to 15, etc. In your case you could have 0.5 HP which isn't actually 0 but will display at 0
