OP does have a point though, hitreg isnt much better than it was pre 1.4. It just makes it pretty clear to you when you get all that fancy shield flashes without any of the hp bar drop.

Its usually means you have contact on target, meaning your crosshair is hovering over a body part. Use pinpoint guns like the sniper rifle or center hipfire with forge gun.

Plenty of cover to move undetected, plenty of mini hills to climb up top, plenty of buildings to climb up top. Bridge map is the only unfriendly sniper map since even if you're on the outskirts, its hard to get a clear shot on people on the bridge...
