I run a smg secondary. Take out most of their health with the PLC and finish them off with the smg. Theres normally a delay after you shoot where you cant switch weapons for a second or two but i know a way around it.

As a logi I lol when I see a HMG heavy. Yesterday I saw a heavy 40m out and I just stood still and jumped so he knew I saw him, he then opened fire and I lold as it did almost no damage, finally I pull out my M209 SMG and mow him down.
