Hardly ever use proto gear in pubs, unless you count an APEX suit. Yes it's a proto suit, but I run it with all basic gear and advanced links. I will only use proto in PC and sometimes FW because I enjoy the non-stop challenge and profits!

The only one I have is the apex gal assault and I love it. I would only get it though if have a lot of sp in assault rifles though. Works great for hit and run tactics. You can modify it up to an advanced level as well and it still will be under 30k.
