With the buff the dmg mods the Amarr commando is kinda pointless.

LIES!!! It makes the Vizium LR have that much more burst dmg in the hands of a commando. It makes our Carthum AScR scarier as well.

Indeed running Viziam LR / Carthum AScR and the extra damage both wrecks shields and does pretty well on armor
