I use a Gallente Assault with a Complex Kinetic Catalyzer, one armor plate and two reppers. Fun fact, that is actually how the Gallente are meant to play.

Play Commando and tag every vehicle you see with a Plasma Cannon round. If you kill an LAV that's what 40wp? If you damage an HAV or Dropship that's 75WP and if you kill it another 75WP + 25 if it's near a friendly objective. Makes about the same...
