std Min Assault with 1 proto kin kat and 1 adv stamina mod and shield mods in the highs, with any mid range rifle you like while having a sidearm weapon and grenades that add to weapon synergy?
Or std gallente assault with 1 proto speed mod, 1 adv stamina mod, 1 std ferrocscale, 1 shield mod, (there reps are high enough to not need extra reps between fights) and any weapons you like?
They work well for me in open areas outside of cities. Easy to retreat and quickly choose positioning before the enemy can react. |

I use a similar min assault. 2 kin cats, a PG UG w/ shield extenders, knives and a CR

I use a Gallente Assault with a Complex Kinetic Catalyzer, one armor plate and two reppers.
Fun fact, that is actually how the Gallente are meant to play.

Interesting - I've never been brave enough to take the plates out of my gal assault. but the better I get the more I think I should.

I've just got Minny Medium Frame lv5 specifically because it has the same slot layouts as the old Assault layout with 5 hi's and 2 low for a faster more shield focused min assault. not tried it yet but it shoul dbe fun
