I figure since I'm going to need a lot of practice, and I rely a lot on dampening, that the suit and dampener BPOs would be worth it. However my profile is only reduced to 18 dB with skills and 3 dampeners. How well do you think it will hold up? ...

Again, twice the current cap would put the new players in a really good place SP wise. Quadruple the normal cap completely undermines the hard work ANYONE has done before 1.9 not just the vets. I want to see the NPE improve as much as anybody. H...
