I specifically remember there being a fundraiser where the community banded together to give Judge some ISK to help him with his tests and other stuff involving his videos.
Surely he still has some of that ISK.

If I remember correctly, the community raised over 300 million ISK for his dropship testing.

He could be doing what I do, and store his ISK on a separate character to prevent giving to much ISK away and/or overspending. Keep in mind that he also has alts which he uses to test things, such as Swarm Launchers
Though given how the ISK gained per match will be increased in 5 days and you'll be able sell your assets for ISK he's more than capable of earning enough revenue to keep him afloat.

I don't think that is what he said. I believe he was talking about the KDR needed compared to swarms on a SP basis, or something like that. I wasn't completely clear on where he was drawing his numbers.
