People just sit back at their spawns in a squad, ramming LAVs against the wall while the other 3 heal it. Those guys usually go 15/0 or so with 6000-8000 WP, dropping precision strikes every minute or so throughout the match. It's a shame really.

I actually hate the armor repair mod because I don't really know when ISN'T a good time to have one equipped. Maybe if you know 100% you'll be running with a smart player that uses reps and can stick near you...aside from that? ALWAYS good to have...
