I think the only fair way to do scouts is 6/5 slots two equips . Cal 4h2L Gal 2h4L Min 3h3L Am 2h3L All should have a 20m scan range an 40 db, other stats can vary. Although ccp will never make suits like this because with one more slot an equip...
