The cloak idea is interesting, but would completely destroy the Minmatar and Caldari scout suits, while leaving the Gallente and Amarr nearly untouched. All it would do would be encourage plate stacking, so more brick tanked scouts on the field.

That's because of your favorite suit, the Caldari is the default suit if you don't have a suit favorited. I'm guessing you recently made some new fits and deleted your old ones, thus removing your favorited suit and returning you to the default se...
