Title is unhelpful. Nerfing RE's won't change this, unless you nerfed them into flaylock status and made it so they can't kill any suit that's not heavily damaged.

You've got four high slots, use them. The Caldari scout is still excellent at precision, it's just not the master in that roll anymore. It is, however, still one of the best scouts in the game.
